Normal viscosity is the thinnest of the three viscosity levels, high viscosity is the thickest, while medium viscosity is in between. A thicker viscosity does not make it easier to attach the rubber to the blade. Medium- and high-viscosity glues were created for top-level players who claim that a thicker glue layer improves the playing characteristics of the racket. However, this is only an opinion and there is no proof to support it. Some players prefer thicker glue, while others prefer thinner glue, so it is simply a matter of personal preference.
