Buying is not complicated at all. You do not need to log in to your account in advance. You can create an account to make your purchases even easier in the future by seeing your addresses, details, and orders.
You can choose items and add them to the order basket both by logging in to your account and not logged.
HOW EVERYTHING HAPPENS:
- Choose the goods you need. You can do this in two ways:
- Going to the E-SHOP at the top of the site, product categories.
- After entering the name of the required product or part of its name in the search field.
- Click on the photo or name of the product you are interested in. You will get to a more detailed description of the product and if the product is suitable and you like it, click on the “ADD TO CART” button. The product will be in your virtual shopping cart.
- If there are properties highlighted in the product description window, please select them. Eg: Color / Size / Thickness.
- In the product description window or already inside the virtual basket, you can select how many units you want to buy.
- When an item is added to the cart, the site system remembers it, so you can continue to walk through the store pages, take an interest in table tennis, or choose other items.
- Once you have selected all the items you want and they are in your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon at the top, right or on the “View Cart” label.
- Please select a delivery method and then click „Proceed to checkout“.
- If you are not logged in, enter your contact information, shipping address, or company details on this page that opens if you are purchasing as a company. In this window, also select the payment method for the goods, of which there are even 6. If you have selected the delivery method Pick up point/Terminal, select here to which pick up point you want to receive the goods.
- If you have more preferences or information that you cannot enter in the predefined boxes, write this information in the “Comment” box below.
- Click the “PLACE ORDER” button and follow the system’s suggestions on how to make a payment.
We will send all information related to the payment, execution and delivery of your order to your e-mail box. After sending the goods, you will be sent a shipment tracking number.
